Description
Our rope exchange service makes it convenient to change the rope of your Lillagunga product. Select the desired colour and the preferred ceiling height and we will take care of the rest:
- We will pick-up your product
- We will do the rope exchange
- We will send it back home
If you want to replace your Rope locks at the same time and save in shipping costs, kinly see Rope Lock Exchange.
- The shipping is handled by TNT or PostNord/DPD, please follow their guidelines for the pick-up.
- It is your responsibility to pack your product properly for the pick-up.
- From the day the product is picked up, it may take up to two (2) weeks before the product has been upgraded with new ropes and is returned.
