GENERAL TERMS
1. PAYMENTS
Orders made via Lillagunga’s web store can either be paid by: credit card, PayPal or by electronic invoice. Please note that orders paid by electronic invoice will not be processed and shipped before we have received your payment.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
A shipping cost may be added to each order. You will find the shipping cost at the check out after you have filled in your personal details and address. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
3. DELIVERY
After your order has been paid we will process the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times vary depending on destination and stock situation. If the Lillagunga item is tailored, delivery time of your order will take longer. Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to cancel your order. Cancellations must take place prior to delivery and include your order number, and the product(s) you wish to cancel.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with information about your purchase as soon as we receive your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for future reference in case you need to contact Lillagunga´s Customer Service regarding your order.
4. REFUSAL OF RECEPTION OR PICK-UP
If a customer refuses to accept a delivery or neglects the obligation to collect the package after being notified, Lillagunga reserves the right to charge the customer for all arisen direct shipping and administrative costs.
5. DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING TRANSPORT
Lillagunga is responsible if products are damaged or go missing during transport and shipping. If a product is damaged during transport you are required to contact our Customer Service within 7 days after receiving your order.
6. DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
Lillagunga guarantees that the products you have ordered are free of faults at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or faulty product, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 7 days after receiving your order.
7. RETURNS POLICY
Consumers have 30 days to return or exchange a product if they are dissatisfied with their product in any way. To return a product (for any reason) all customers are required to fill in the Product Claim & Return questionnaire which is found on on www.lillagunga.com under Support.
The 30 day return period begins when the order has been delivered to the destination specified in the order confirmation. The products must be returned undamaged and unused (as delivered). All products must be returned in their original packaging. Businesses are not permitted to return products unless they are damaged. Items that are tailored or have been sold on sale or are discounted are non-refundable, unless they are damaged.
8. RETURN AT OWN ACCORD
If a customer selects to return a product at his/her own accord, they are required to fill in the Product Claim & Return questionnaire which is found on on www.lillagunga.com under Support. Lillagunga will not be held responsible for a) shipping costs or b) products that are either damaged or go missing during a return.

Lillagunga reserves the right to charge for extra costs that may arise if the return is not delivered to the return address specified above. We require customers to send us a tracking code of the return.
9. REFUNDS
If a return is found to be valid after it is received, the payment will be refunded to the customer's account, and the customer will be notified. Lillagunga reserves the right to withdraw arisen direct shipping and administrative costs from the refund. By Finnish law, Lillagunga is obliged to refund the customer within 30 days of the product being returned.
10. OTHER INFORMATION
Lillagunga reserves the right to change its terms and conditions.The customer has to accept the current terms and conditions when placing an order. We will process all information privately and securely. Contracts between you and Lillagunga shall be governed by Finnish Law.
In the event of any warranty or safety-related issue or dispute arising from the use of our products, the customer agrees that the jurisdiction for any legal proceedings, including but not limited to claims related to warranties, product safety, defects, or recalls, shall be exclusively within the courts of Finland. The customer further agrees that Finnish law will apply to the resolution of such disputes, regardless of the customer's location.
By purchasing our products, the customer acknowledges and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finnish courts for any legal actions related to safety concerns or claims, and waives any right to initiate or participate in proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
11. TERMS OF USE
Lillagunga reserves all rights to the Lillagunga website and all of its contents. The contents of this site may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without the express permission of Lillagunga. The Lillagunga logo and all photographs appearing on the Lillagunga website are the property of Lillagunga and may not be used without the express permission of Lillagunga.
This site contains links to the websites of third parties. Lillagunga does not accept responsibility for the contents or functionality of any third-party websites. Lillagunga is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this website or inability to use this website, or from the use of or reliance upon contents or information presented on this site or sites linked to this site or sites similar to this one.
