Description
Our rope lock exchange service makes it convenient to replace all wooden rope locks of your Lillagunga product. Select the desired product combination and we will take care of the rest:
- We will pick-up your product
- We will do the rope lock exchange
- We will send it back home
- We will change all four (4) rope locks to brand new.
- The shipping is handled by TNT or PostNord/DPD, please follow their guidelines for the pick-up.
- Your responsibility is to to pack your product properly for the pick-up.
- From the day the product is picked up, it may take up to two (2) weeks before the product has been upgraded with new rope locks and is returned.
- Note that this service is only available for countries within EU.
Note that the shipping adress is the destination we pick-up and return your product.

WarrantyWe offer a standard warranty of 3 years on all wooden, leather and metal parts, and 2 years on fabrics and ropes. All related to material or workmanship defects.
